How do I know my order was successful?
Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number and a detailed tax invoice. As soon as your items are carefully processed and beautifully packaged, we’ll send you another email to let you know that your shipment is on its way.

What are 100% Bamboo Viscose Sheets?
Most bamboo sheets on the market are made from 100% bamboo viscose, and for good reason. Bamboo viscose offers exceptional benefits: it’s incredibly soft and highly durable. We ensure our sheets are made from 100% bamboo viscose using stringent effluent treatment protocols, guaranteeing quality and sustainability.
What are 100% Bamboo Lyocell Sheets?
Bamboo lyocell is another material used in bamboo sheets, known for its sustainability. This material is created by dissolving raw bamboo with a non-toxic solvent. While durable, 100% bamboo lyocell sheets are not as soft as bamboo viscose sheets.
Pilling
Our bamboo is an organic and natural textile, free from harmful chemicals. As with all natural fabrics, you may notice slight pilling with initial use. However, this will diminish or disappear after washing and drying. This is a normal characteristic of natural fibers, especially in response to friction, and it is not a fault or defect.
Are bamboo sheets worth it?
Absolutely — especially if comfort and quality matter to you. Bamboo sheets are known for their incredibly soft, smooth feel and breathable nature, making them a noticeable upgrade from standard cotton.

Bamboo or linen sheets — which is better?
Both bamboo and linen sheets have their place, but they offer very different sleep experiences.
Linen is known for its textured, slightly heavier feel and relaxed look, while bamboo sheets are much smoother and softer against the skin. Bamboo also tends to be more breathable and better at regulating temperature, making it a popular choice for year-round comfort — especially in warmer Australian climates.

That’s why we give you 30 days to decide if you want to keep your purchase. If you’d like to exchange your sheets for something else, contact our Customer Support Team at support@bamboosheetsaustralia.com.au, and we’ll make it happen!
Please note, items must be in brand new condition, in their original packaging, and unused. Once your return is received and our team has checked them, we’ll send out your replacement within 1-2 business days.
What if I want to return my order?
If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, don’t worry—just contact us and let us know. We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in brand new condition, in their original packaging, and undamaged. Once we’ve checked the item, we’ll issue a refund for the product price. Refunds will be processed to the same payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable.
How long will my refund take?
Once we’ve received your sheets and checked them, refunds are processed within 24 hours. Depending on the payment method, it may take up to 7 working days to receive the funds back. Typically, PayPal refunds are quick, while credit card refunds can take 5-6 business days to complete. There are no restocking fees.
How long does delivery take?
At Bamboo Sheets Australia, we aim to process and ship every order within 1-2 business days. All of our items are shipped using Australia Post, with typical delivery taking 2-10 business days, depending on your location. Once your order has been shipped, we’ll provide you with a tracking code so you can follow your order and count down the days until you receive your new sheets!

Can I track my order?
Yes! We ship all of our orders Australia Post, and as soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive an ‘Order Update’ with a tracking code.
International shipping
All of our shipping policies apply to deliveries within Australia. However, if you live in another country and one of our products has caught your eye, let us know!
